1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Provide a valid order number or receipt.
• Items purchased on sale/clearance or via special promotions may be ineligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged, altered, or washed products.
• Personal care items (if applicable).
• Customized or personalized products.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Share your order number and a brief reason (with photos if damaged/incorrect).
3. We’ll review and email you the return instructions and return address.

4. Return Shipping

• Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Use a trackable courier service; we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

• After inspection, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (processing time: 7–14 business days).
• Exchanges ship once the returned item is received and verified.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
