  • Used, damaged, or altered products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  3. We will review your request and share the return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

5. Refunds & Exchange Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued as:

    • Store credit, or

    • Refund to original payment method (processing time: 7–14 business days).

  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped once the returned product is received.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
