Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued as:

Refund to original payment method (processing time: 7–14 business days).
Exchanges will be processed and shipped once the returned product is received.
